* Description of the Role:

The Caregiver is a part of the Cornerstone team, a resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work team that supports the motto of "creating healthy living and work environments." As a Caregiver, they are responsible for ensuring that quality services are a way of life for this community. A Caregiver is trained to provide personal care and related services to residents in the community according to documented, individualized service and care plans.

• Obtains vital signs, records, and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations per Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• May aid with various personal care tasks
• Assists in recording vital signs and other health-related data
• Shares resident success stories and best practices
• Participates in family conferences
• Creates and maintains resident records
• Housekeeping and Safety Compliance Duties
• And more as assigned

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in senior resident services, social work, health care, or customer service preferred
• Ability to exert physical force as required
• No communicable diseases
• Drug Free
• Clear Background
