We are seeking a full‑time Sales Engineer to join our team on‑site in Brainerd, MN. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise to support our sales efforts. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to identify their technical needs, developing tailored solutions, presenting technical proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional tasks may include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions aligned with customer and market requirements.
Location:
Brainerd, MN. Salary range: $48,000.00‑$.
- Technical expertise in engineering concepts, solutions development, and problem solving
- Strong ability to present technical information and proposals effectively to clients
- Experience in customer relationship management and client service
- Skilled in communication, teamwork, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales or technical sales role is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work on‑site in Brainerd, MN
- Experience in the manufacturing, plastic, or rubber industries is a plus
