Essentia Health Brainerd is part of an integrated health system that includes a 165 bed hospital – St. Joseph's Medical Center and a 100+ physician multi-specialty group, representing 25 medical specialties and providing care at 7 locations.

Brainerd is situated an easy drive 125 miles north of Minneapolis. We have over 465 lakes in the area, ideal for boating, swimming, and fishing. • Current team of 1 MD and 3 APPs
• 100% endoscopy; no call
• APP manages inpatient services with MD completing add-on procedures
• All admissions managed by IM hospitalist service
• Ability to practice "bread and butter" GI
• No buy-in, no malpractice, no overhead and no seniority issues

• Brainerd has a Delta Airport hub with twice-daily flights to MSP

• $2,750 per 8-hour shift
