Join Essentia Health in a Urology role within a newly renovated department. You will be part of a collegial and supportive team of professionals.

• Collaborate with 2 experienced Urologists and 3 Physician Assistants.
• Provide patient care with a typical clinic volume of 18–22 patients per day.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, 4 days/week, 32 patient contact hours).
• Participate in a manageable 1:3 call rotation.
• Engage in outpatient and outpatient-adjacent activities with outreach opportunities.
• Benefit from a multispecialty organization with over 150 referring providers.
• Explore ownership potential in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Utilize advanced technology and EMR systems (HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified for Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities).

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.

• Compensation: $586,744 base with potential for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

• Scenic Brainerd Lakes area with outdoor activities and natural beauty.
• 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• Regional population served: 115,000.
