Production Engineer

The Production Engineer supports daily manufacturing operations at the manufacturing facility, focusing on production support, process optimization, capital projects, and product quality within assigned areas. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.

• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to support daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Represent Manufacturing on capital projects and ensure alignment with production needs.
• Lead turnaround and maintenance activities for assigned areas, including lockout/tagout coordination and work order planning.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, regulatory, and GMP requirements.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide process and equipment training as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation following project or process changes.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and act as process owner for improvements.
• Contribute technical expertise to plant safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of production or manufacturing engineering experience preferred
• 1–2 years of hands‑on production support required
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP, manufacturing safety, and environmental standards
• Experience with small capital projects

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000
