This is a full-time on-site role located in Bradley, IL for the position of Universal Banker. The Universal Banker will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with various banking inquiries, opening and managing accounts, and recommending financial products tailored to their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting transactions, addressing customer concerns, offering personalized solutions, promoting bank products and services, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
The role will also involve supporting branch operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to providing exemplary client assistance
- Knowledge of Banking Operations, including account management and compliance protocols
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with customers and team members
- Problem-Solving Abilities and attention to detail for addressing customer concerns and ensuring accuracy in transactions
- Proficiency with Basic Computer Systems and familiarity with banking technology applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or finance are a plus
- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
