Warehouse Supervisor (Repack Operations)

Our company: XPO, a leading provider of world‑class solutions, is looking for Warehouse Supervisors to take responsibility for our repack operations at Princes, Bradford. Full‑time, permanent role working a 2pm–10pm shift, offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

• Salary of up to £28,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days

• Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely, efficiently, and to customer specification
• Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of work orders
• Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and support staff development within the repack function
• Ensure all paperwork, system updates, and reports are completed accurately
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve queries and maintain service standards
• Maintain a safe working environment, making sure H&S standards and company policies are followed

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production/repack environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good computer literacy, with basic Excel knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Confident communicator who can deal effectively with colleagues, drivers, and customers
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
