FLT Reach Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas.

• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care and accuracy.

• Transport stock from the yard into the warehouse, maintaining organisation and flow.

• Support warehouse operations by assisting with general duties such as picking, packing, and stock control when required.

• Carry out daily safety checks and report any defects or issues immediately.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.

• A valid FLT Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).

• Proven experience operating a Reach Truck in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to pass a competency assessment prior to starting.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
