• End-to-End Command: Orchestrate the full lifecycle of global import and export shipments across Air, Sea, and Road.
• The Connector: Build and maintain rock-solid relationships with hauliers, carriers, and international agents to keep cargo moving.
• Customs Expert: Navigate the complexities of customs entries and commercial documentation with total confidence.
• Client Champion: Be the go-to person for your customers, providing the proactive updates and problem‑solving they rely on.
• Operational Precision: Manage job costing and invoicing to ensure the commercial health of every file.

  2+ years in a UK‑based freight forwarding role.
• The Toolkit: Solid knowledge of multimodal procedures and familiarity with systems like Cargo Wise or Multi Freight
