* Position vehicles and trailers for loading, unloading, and operational requirements
* Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to support daily operations
* Assist with training Operators on basic vehicle movements and site transport procedures
* Conduct routine vehicle and equipment checks and report defects
* Ensure all movements comply with site safety rules, traffic management plans, and permit systems
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping in vehicle and shunting areas
* Support continuous improvement in site transport and logistics operations
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience driving HGV vehicles in an industrial or plant environment
* Experience with shunting operations
* Strong understanding of site safety and traffic management procedures
* Ability to work night shifts on a Monday to Thursday pattern
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or COMAH-regulated environment
* Experience supporting or training other operators
