Air Freight Operator - Import and Export

Bradford (Office Based)

Hours:

Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary:
Competitive - Dependent on Experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Freight Operator (Import & Export) to join a well-established and expanding freight forwarding business based in Bradford. This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career stability within a supportive operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing air freight import and export operations end-to-end
Liaising with customers and overseas agents globally
Booking, coordinating, and monitoring consignments
Preparing and processing all relevant shipping documentation
Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years' experience in air freight (import/export)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good IT and administrative skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop
