YOUTH WORK TEAM LEADER

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Brathay has secured new funding to deliver Wellbeing and Resilience group support to children, young people, and families across Bradford. We are excited to be part of the new Youth in Mind:
Connect partnership—working alongside All Star Ents., Barnardo’s, Family Action, Invictus Wellbeing and led by Bradford District and Craven Mind (BDC Mind).

Together, we will deliver a blend of engaging group activities and some one‑to‑one support designed to build emotional wellbeing, resilience and a sense of belonging—helping children, young people and families feel like their best selves within their communities.

You will be part of Brathay Trust’s vibrant, passionate Bradford team, well‑established within Early Help and strongly connected across statutory and voluntary partners.

You will:
  • Coordinate Brathay’s contribution to the Youth in Mind:
    Connect service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Line‑manage a small delivery team
  • Deliver high‑quality support
  • Oversee monitoring, reporting and service quality
