Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00

Pay Rate: Up to £20.59 per hour (Umbrella)

In this role, you'll work as part of the Early Help & Transformation team, supporting children, adolescents, and families to achieve positive outcomes through early intervention, practical support, and guidance.

• Work directly with children, adolescents, and families to provide targeted support

• Deliver early help interventions in home and community settings

• Contribute to assessments, plans, and reviews

• Maintain accurate records and report progress to the team

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
