Bradford Children and Families Trust is looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Corporate Parenting & CCHDT - Team

You'll be working with children in care, care leavers, and their families, ensuring high-quality safeguarding, planning, and outcomes.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
✨ Manage a complex caseload of children and families
✨ Lead on assessments, care planning, and reviews
✨ Work closely with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children and adolescents
✨ Support and mentor less experienced social workers
✨ Ensure practice aligns with statutory guidance and best practice
