- Followed site plans and supervisor instructions accurately
- Maintained compliance with health & safety procedures, PPE requirements, and risk assessments
- Worked effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Ensured safe working practices in both construction and rail-related environments
- Maintained high standards of reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and ability to handle tools and equipment
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively
- Prior experience in construction or bricklaying is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and take direction while demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic
