Service Technician - Bradford - Facility Management

£23000-£25000 + Benefits

A leading Facility Management Consultancy who specialises in health and safety across commercial sites are recruiting for a Service Technician. Focusing on specifically kitchen extraction and ventilation hygiene across commercial buildings, offices, hospitality, retail, and government sites.

• Carry out checks and assessments on kitchen extraction systems
• Clean, replace, and reinstall canopy filters to ensure hygiene standards
• Support installation of access panels and perform fire damper inspections
• Keep accurate site documentation in line with fire safety and industry regulations
• Assist the team with general maintenance tasks to ensure smooth site operations

• Have worked within a maintenance environment such as cleaning, construction, building services or facility management
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and hands‑on environments
• Physically fit and ready for active, practical work
• Full driving licence
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours including evening work
