The Opportunity:

Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Account Manager to take ownership of both new business development and the growth of existing accounts across the UK market. You will play a key role in expanding the organisation’s presence within mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Manager

Generate new business while managing and developing existing client relationships
Sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and channel partners across the UK
Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within established accounts
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

About You:

Account Manager

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. Ring Central, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar)
A strong track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
A self-motivated, consultative sales approach with the ability to build long-term partnerships
Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to attend meetings when required
