The Internal Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing trade and retail accounts within the bathroom distribution sector. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, increasing revenue, improving margin performance, and identifying opportunities to grow share of wallet across the company’s range of bathroom products.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers including retailers and merchants.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as the main point of contact for product queries, pricing, stock availability, and order management.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Proven experience in internal sales or account management.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow relationships within existing accounts.
- Experience working with trade customers would be great, (ideally within distribution).
