Trainee Sales Controller - Hyundai Bradford, working 5 days per week

Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, MG OMODA, JAECOO & Nissan.

We opened our first Prestige used car center in early 2018 and have further plans for expansion in the near future.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Trainee Sales Controller in our Bradford Hyundai Dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities

Working as a highly involved Trainee Sales Controller Manager you will be shown how:

  • Coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
  • Control costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
  • Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
  • Constantly improving customer satisfaction
Skills

As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:

  • First class Selling and Marketing skills – ideally gained within the Motor trade
  • Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force
  • Sound knowledge of employment best practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practice and motor trade practices
The Person

The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong track record in the automotive sector and the following qualities:

  • Firm, fair and leads by example
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle conflicting demands
