Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to support our retail stores in Birmingham and Bradford
. This role is responsible for maintaining strong visual merchandising standards across both locations, ensuring brand consistency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales performance.

The role will require regular travel between the two cities.

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines in line with brand standards
• Execute window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal setups across both stores
• Ensure promotional and seasonal visuals are implemented accurately and on time
• Work closely with store teams to support VM execution and best practices
• Monitor stock levels and ensure displays are well-maintained and replenished
• Adapt visual layouts based on store space, customer flow, and commercial needs
• Conduct regular floor checks to ensure high visual standards
• Provide feedback and visual performance insights to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Visual Merchandiser role within a retail environment

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and retail aesthetics
• Knowledge of store layout, space planning, and fashion trends
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable
