Marketing Advisor - Communications; Convenience

Are you a retail minded marketer with a passion for the fast paced convenience sector? As a Marketing Advisor within our Instore Communications Team, you will be the go to person for our Convenience and Wholesale estates.

You won’t just be managing campaigns, you’ll be the bridge between commercial strategy and physical execution. From initial nominations to print, digital screens and social, you will ensure our marketing drives sales while enhancing the customer journey.

• Manage the lifecycle of in store POS, leaflets, and digital signage, ensuring every touchpoint is high-impact and on‑brand.
• Work cross functionally with Trading, Commercial, and Retail Ops to land a marketing plan that balances business goals with a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain our store database to refine space allocation, ensuring the right kit gets to the right store, minimising waste and maximising ROI.
• Brief and manage agency and print partners to deliver "right first time" creative is actionable and cost effective.
• Use post campaign insights to refine future events, challenging costs and driving operational efficiencies at every turn.
• Act as a direct line for our store teams, removing barriers to help them trade effectively and legally.
