Practice Nurses

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will be confident and competent in delivering a wide range of nursing services, with particular experience in immunisations
, wound care
, and long‑term condition (LTC) management
.

• Deliver routine and seasonal immunisations for adults and children in line with UK guidelines.
• Provide high‑quality wound assessment, dressing, and ongoing management.
• Support patients with long‑term conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension) through reviews, monitoring, and personalised care planning.
• Undertake clinical assessments, health screenings, and health promotion activities.
• Work collaboratively with the GP and wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to all relevant policies, protocols, and safeguarding requirements.

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN).
• Previous experience in a GP practice or primary care setting preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in immunisations, wound care, and LTC management.
• Strong communication, organisational, and patient‑centred care skills.
