Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished envelopes in accordance with customer specifications and job sheets.
- Count, bundle, wrap and box products accurately.
- Label cartons and pallets correctly, ensuring traceability and batch identification.
- Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products are free from defects (e.g., glue marks, incorrect folding, window misalignment, damage).
- Report quality concerns immediately to the Machine Operator or Supervisor.
- Assemble cartons and prepare packaging materials as required.
- Palletise finished goods safely and securely for storage or dispatch.
- Complete packing and production paperwork accurately.
