Job Summary
Vanila Etc Ltd are looking for a QA Technician to support both our quality assurance and production operations. This is a hands‑on role within a small and growing food manufacturing business, where production and operational support will make up a significant proportion of the role, alongside core quality and technical responsibilities.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with the Production Director and Technical Director to ensure that food safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld at all times, while also actively contributing to day-to-day manufacturing, packing, and warehouse activities.
Qualifications- Proven experience in food production & manufacturing
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a quality, food safety, or technical role
- HACCP Level 2 qualification
- Food Safety/Hygiene Level 2
- Working knowledge of BRCGS standards
- Experience with audits or compliance activities
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with manual tasks
