Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus & benefits package

The role of Commercial Team Manager – Glass Products will involve:

* Commercial Manager position promoting the design, supply and install of manufactured glass products such as: architectural glazing, glass balustrades, glass stair cases, curtain walls, facades, glazed wall cladding, office partitions, glass doors,

* Managing a team of 5 people;
Estimator, 2 Admin, Internal Project Manager & Production

* Involvement in setting of the overall budget for the internal sales function with the Head of Sales and Directors

* Working with the Managing Director, Head of Sales, Production Manager and Accounts Manager to ensure future operational needs coming from the commercial side of the business are aligned to enable the growth in a manager / controlled manner

* Ensure the team is aware of (and trained) in regulatory detail around the company’s products and adhering to these legal requirements

* Provide technical support to the sales function and others in the business for existing products and new

The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Team Manager – Glass Products with:

* Must have a proven track record in the construction sector in an aligned job role for example;
Commercial Manager, Office Manager, Estimator, Team Leader, Project Manager, Sales Manager etc

* Ideally some technical related product experience such as; glass, glazing, partitioning’s, facades, balconies, cladding, drylining & curtain walling (however open)

* Ideally people management experience

* Commercially astute, professional and organised
