Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team in Bradford. • Undertake all cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor/manager.
• Complete scheduled cleaning duties to the required standard.
• Wear the company uniform and any required personal protective equipment while on duty.
• Comply with all site policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Follow the company's cleaning methods and color-coding policies.
• Report any faults with cleaning equipment or building defects to the supervisor or General Services manager.
• Attend training as required and carry out any reasonable management requests.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with staff and visitors.
• High levels of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene practices.
• Self-motivated with a positive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work and duties.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of service excellence and commitment to delivering it at all times.

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Health and safety training.
