An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join a well-regarded Residential Property department, providing support to fee earners and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, client-focused legal services.

• Assist Fee Earners with residential conveyancing matters to ensure an efficient and cost-effective service.
• Undertake supervised fee-earning work, including opening files and matters, preparing client care documentation, completing client questionnaires and dealing with routine client enquiries while maintaining regular communication throughout each transaction.
• Manage matter start and completion data for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Deputise for fee earners during periods of absence and escalate urgent matters where necessary.
• Adhere to firm-wide quality procedures, maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and the SRA Code of Conduct.
• Support the development and marketing of the department in line with the firm's business strategy.

• Prior experience in a conveyancing support role.
• Strong understanding of residential property processes.
