- In line with National Standards of Cleanliness provide a safe, hygienicenvironment for patients and staff
- To communicate effectively with patients, work colleagues and visitorsthroughout the process of delivery of the service and at all times respecting dignity and confidentiality.
- To carry out all designated cleaning duties in safe manner using only equipment and materials provided by the department. Compliance with policies and procedures
- Completion of mandatory training and relevant departmental training.
- Uses own initiative when carrying out duties on wards and departments to ensure service is provided and standards are met.
AGH Solutions was born out of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, a hospital and community services trust based outside Keighley, West Yorkshire.

Job responsibilities- Completion of work records
- Work completed in line with schedules and timescales
- Reports any adverse event to line manager and completes on line form
- Patient satisfaction surveys show no incidents oncerns regarding service
- No issues raised via PALS
- To carry out all designated cleaning duties in safe manner using only equipment and materials provided by the department.
Compliance with policies and procedures - Completion of mandatory training and relevant departmental training.
- Uses own initiative when carrying out duties on wards and departments to ensure service is provided and standards are met.
- Previous experience working with the public customers
- Experience of working in the cleaning industry commercial healthcare etc.
- Previous experience of working in a hospital ealthcare are home environment
