Deputy Manager – Residential Care – Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £28,000 + benefits

We’re recruiting on behalf of a values‑led care provider consistently rated Outstanding by the CQC. This role supports the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a small, modern residential service for adults with learning disabilities.

• Lead, mentor and develop a committed staff team
• Champion truly person‑centred care
• Support compliance, quality and best practice
• Help create a positive, stable and supportive environment for residents and staff alike

• Experience as a Deputy Manager (or Team Leader) within residential care
• Worked with adults with learning disabilities
• NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Lead by example and communicate confidently
• Genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just ticking boxes

• Salary: £28,000
