37 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £31,030 - £41,980 per annum

About the role

The role is responsible for managing accommodation services, overseeing a team of Support Coordinators, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to meet the needs of those supported. You will play a key role in providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery are consistently maintained.

Key duties
  • Providing strategic direction and mentorship to the team of Support Coordinators.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the No Second Night Out initiative.
  • Collaborating closely with partner organisations, local authorities, and service providers.
  • Implementing effective strategies to identify, engage, and support individuals at risk of rough sleeping.
  • Ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire a diverse team.
