Job Title: Residential Care Worker 🧡
Location: Bradford (BD4)
Salary: ÂŁ32,005.56
Working Hours: 8am-4pm (Mon - Fri)
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People – EBD, challenging behaviour, emotional difficulties
Qualifications
Required:
Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent / or willingness to work towards Level 3/4
Experience in Years Desired (not essential): Experience with challenging children in a residential setting

đź—¸ The Home:- Number of Beds: 2-bed home with 2:1 staffing OR 2:1 staffing arrangements
- Type of YPs: EBD, challenging behaviour, emotional difficulties
- Ratio of staff to children:
High staffing ratios (2:1)
As this position is a Residential Support Worker role, the following must be added:
Do NOT apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent.
- You have only Healthcare, NHS, CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience.
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
➡️ Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

- Is willing to undergo a DBS check

- Is able to support education, activities, emotional regulation and daily living needs
