Reportingintothe Finance Business Partner ,you’lloperateinacross-functional environment,workingcloselywithcommercial,operations,andfinanceteamstotranslatefinancialdataintomeaningfulinsight.
The RoleAs Junior Finance Business Partner ,youwill:
- Buildstrongrelationshipsacrossthebusiness,actingasatrustedfinancepartnertokeystakeholders
- Supportbudgeting,forecasting,andperformancetracking,owningcustomer
P&Lsfrom Net Revenueto EBIT - Delivertimely,accuratereportingandinsightfulanalysistosupportcommercialdecision-making
- Developandmaintainfinancialmodelstoassesspricing,promotions,tenders,andnewbusinessopportunities
- Providecustomerandproductprofitabilityanalysis,identifying trends,risks,and opportunities
- Challengestakeholdersconstructivelytodriveperformanceimprovement
- Continuouslyimprovefinancialprocesses,tools,andreportingtoenhanceinsightandefficiency
- Contributetoacollaborative,inclusivefinanceteamculture
Tobesuccessful,youwill:
- Bestudyingtowardsarecognisedfinancequalification(ACCA,CIMA,ACA)–studysupportprovided
- Demonstratestrongbusinesspartneringskills,withtheabilitytotranslatefinancialdataintoclear,actionable insight
