Job Description- Processing Financial Transactions
- Daily, weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Client Account Management ensuring accuracy and compliance, along with query management
- Processing payments and banking including cheque processing and petty cash transactions
- Producing reports for Partners and Finance Managers
- Working closely with fee earners, accounts staff, and management
- Advising staff on compliance with accounts rules
- Experience with in a Legal firm
- Recent working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Experience of case management systems
- Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 - £31,000
- Company benefits
