• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Working on central plant, integral systems, alarm panels, and leak detection systems
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to minimise downtime
• Operating across multiple retail sites to a pre-planned schedule
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements
• Accurately updating job and client systems
• Building strong working relationships with site teams and engineering colleagues

• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
• F-Gas certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with central plant systems
• Familiarity with RDM alarm systems
• CO2 experience advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience in retail or supermarket environments
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel daily
