Overview
Reporting to the service manager you will be responsible for installations, service, repair and testing of water treatment plant at various locations throughout the UK.
Responsibilities- Installation and commissioning water treatment plant including settlement tanks, treatment tanks, dosing skids, monitoring equipment and more.
- Mechanical maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, pipe work, filters.
- Electrical fault finding and repair of control panels, wiring.
- Experienced electrical and/or mechanical engineer with knowledge of water treatment plant.
- Recognised electrical and/or mechanical engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ3, 18th edition, etc.).
- Ideally, a valid CSCS card and UK driving licence.
Our client is a leading distributor of water treatment plant to the construction, rail and utilities sectors. Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Field Service Engineer (Water Treatment Plant).
The successful candidate will undertake installation, service and repair of water treatment plant throughout the North of England and the wider UK.
