Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and positively lead a team, setting clear expectations while supporting colleagues to thrive
- Work alongside the Headteacher to shape both the strategic vision and operational leadership of the school
- Use data thoughtfully to monitor progress, identify priorities and drive meaningful improvement
- Lead key areas of school development, ensuring initiatives translate into real impact for pupils
- Champion professional development, supporting staff through CPD, appraisal and reflective practice
- Model excellent teaching, bringing strong classroom practice and a proven record of raising standards across the primary phase

Oastlers is a well-established SEMH specialist provision, supporting up to 179 learners across two sites in Central Bradford and Keighley.
