  • Lead Key Stage 3 and develop its curriculum
  • Manage pastoral teams, systems and processes
  • Oversee safeguarding activities
  • Drive pedagogical research, development and implementation
  • Develop and implement curriculum strategy

  • Significant leadership experience within a secondary school
  • Impact as a leader, including a proven record of excellent examination results
  • Ability to establish positive and enriching relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents/carers
  • Knowledge and understanding of current educational issues, particularly in relation to inclusion, and ability to respond strategically
