This is a full-time on-site role for an NVQ Coordinator based in Bradford. The NVQ Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) programs, supporting assessors and candidates, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves liaising with awarding bodies, providing guidance to candidates, and coordinating training programmes.

• Experience in managing NVQ programmes, supporting assessors, and maintaining compliance and quality standards
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with awarding bodies, candidates, and partners
• Ability to provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the training and assessment process
• Proficient in using office software and tools for managing records and coordinating training programs
• Relevant experience in the education and training industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
