Salary

£18,831 - £19,472 dependent on experience and qualifications.

Position Details

The role is temporary, lasting two fixed-term contracts until 31/08/27, with 32.5 hours per week during term time. It is located in Bradford and surrounding areas at Killinghall Primary School. The grade is Band 5 SCP 5-6.

Qualifications

A good level of literacy and numeracy is essential and previous experience of working with children is desirable. Empathy, a caring nature, and a positive attitude are equally important. We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are hardworking, resilient, and have high expectations for our pupils.

Duties Include
  • Taking groups and individuals for learning sessions across the primary age range.
  • Supporting special needs children, some of whom have severe and complex difficulties and may require intimate care.
  • Using your initiative.
  • Supporting class teachers within the classroom.
  • Preparing teaching resources.
