Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? GAC Education is looking for dedicated, adaptable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join our supply team in Bradford.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or looking to gain more classroom experience, we offer flexible work that fits your schedule across a variety of vibrant primary, secondary, and SEN schools.

As a supply TA with GAC Education, no two days are the same. You will be a vital support system for both teachers and pupils.

• General TA:
  Supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery, managing small group interventions, and fostering a positive learning environment.
• SEN TA:
  Providing 1-to-1 or small group support for students with diverse needs, including ADHD, Autism (ASC), SEMH, and physical disabilities.
• Flexibility:
  Choose between daily supply, short-term assignments, or long-term placements.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience working with children (school settings, youth work, or care).
• Resilience: A calm, patient, and proactive approach—especially when supporting SEN students.
• Adaptability:
  The ability to hit the ground running in different school environments across Bradford.
• Qualifications:
  
  While Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Supporting Teaching is preferred, we value personality and passion above all.
• Compliance:
  An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
