As a Cover Supervisor with Academics, you will step into classrooms during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work and ensuring a positive and focused learning environment. You don't need to be a qualified teacher - just confident, proactive, and ready to inspire!

• Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3/KS4)
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students on task
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials with confidence
• Supporting schools across the Bradford area

• A confident, approachable, and organised individual
• Experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, youth work, tutoring) is a bonus
• A genuine interest in education and supporting students
