Teaching Assistant (Primary & Secondary)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-Term & Day-to-Day Supply

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Education Network is currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Bradford. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Support students with additional learning needs, including SEN/SEND
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Monitor and report on pupil progress

• Have experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
• Be patient, adaptable, and proactive
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Have a genuine passion for education
• Hold a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
