We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support staff to join a specialist setting in North Bradford. This is a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream education get another chance. A proper fresh start.
And that starts with you.
What you’ll be doingSupporting KS3 and KS4 students as they settle into a new environment
Working 1:1 or in small, close-knit groups
Helping young people who communicate differently or need clear structure to feel seen and understood
Staying grounded when emotions run high, showing there’s always a calm adult in the room
This isn’t about “managing behaviour”. It’s about understanding it.
You’ll thrive here if you:Stay calm when things escalated, you don’t take it personally
Understand that behaviour is communication
Believe every young person deserves a reset, not another rejection
Bring consistency, warmth, and clear boundaries
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or be happy to apply for one with us
Two recent references
A solid understanding of safeguarding
A big heart and steady presence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
