The Education Network is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of primary schools in Bradford
. This is an excellent opportunity for committed individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assist children with additional learning needs, including SEN
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted support
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and behaviour

  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
