Pastoral Healthcare Administrator

Overview

Beckfoot Thornton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a real difference to young people's lives. As a Pastoral Healthcare Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of our students. Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will support in creating a school environment where all students feel supported, understood and able to succeed.

We are looking for someone who is committed to improving the lives of young people, especially those with barriers to their learning, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can build trust and rapport. You should be able to work well in a team and also be confident in working independently when needed, demonstrating professionalism, resilience and commitment to inclusion.

This role is a permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days position. The working pattern is:
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm.
