SEN Teaching Assistant

Connex Education are supporting a mainstream primary school in Bradford in appointing an SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis. This Bradford school is looking for a SEN TA who is flexible to work across KS1 and KS2. You may understake some SEN 1:1 work with indivdual pupils and also spend some of your day assisting the class teacher.

This welcoming Primary school is located in Baildon and provides a inclusive and nurturing learning environment. The staff and parents work together closely to ensure each child achieves its full potential.

This role is long term starting at the end of January. The position is full time and will be ongoing for the right candidate until the end of the academic year.

• Have experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or similar setting
• Ability to work as a general teaching assistant in the class supporting the class teacher
• Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one.
• Experience working with Primary age children.
