The Education Network is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes across a range of schools and early‑years settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their learning and development.

• Support children in Nursery and Reception settings.
• Assist with play‑based learning and early development activities.
• Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis when required.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.

• Experience working with young children (EYFS experience preferred).
• A warm, patient, and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
