The Education Network is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes across a range of schools and early‑years settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their learning and development.
Responsibilities- Support children in Nursery and Reception settings.
- Assist with play‑based learning and early development activities.
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis when required.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
- Experience working with young children (EYFS experience preferred).
- A warm, patient, and positive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
