Location: Worthinghead Primary School, Wyke Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD12 9EL

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only / Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm
Start date: 23 February 2026 (or as soon as possible after this date)
Salary: £20,814 - £23,243

We are seeking an exceptional Level 3 Early Years Educator who will create a calm and purposeful classroom while offering fun, messy play, build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents, and promote inclusion and early learning.

• Understand that the best classrooms are calm and purposeful, whilst offering fun, messy play to help young minds grow.
• Passionate about Early Years and able to contribute to an exciting, stimulating, child-centred learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents.
• Be flexible, proactive and a great team player.
• Commit to promoting inclusion and helping every child to succeed.
• Have strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Have experience and skills in supporting early reading and early mathematics development.
