We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradford who are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their Year 3 team. This part-time role (2 days per week) is perfect for someone who wants to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing while keeping a healthy work-life balance.

• Supporting the Year 3 teacher with learning activities and classroom routines
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils progress
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence
• Assisting with preparation of resources and learning materials

• Experience working with primary-aged children (school, childcare, or similar)
• A patient, positive, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
