you must be available to work between 8:00am and 3:30pm.

• Supervising classes across KS3-KS5 during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain focused and engaged
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with questions and helping lessons run smoothly
• Opportunities available for both short-term and long-term placements

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy school environment
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Availability between 8:00am and 3:30pm is essential
